Logan Fell was the news reporter of Mystic Falls; within the past he did have a relationship with Jenna Sommers (Elena’s aunt). They broke up after he cheated on her with a woman named Monica; he was the reason Jenna had left Mystic Falls in the first place. When she returned to Mystic Falls, he tried to get her back.
The Fells are one of the Founding Families and Logan was a member of the Founders Council. He used Jenna to steal Jeremy’s pocket watch; he needed it because it was a part of a compass that could locate vampires. He soon realized that it worked when he saw Stefan Salvatore with Vicki Donovan in the woods. He shoots Stefan with a wooden bullet and right before he was going to stake him, Damon bit him. Logan was wounded and Vicki couldn‘t resist the appeal of blood any longer and finalized her transformation by drinking Logan‘s blood. Sheriff Forbes covers up his death by telling everyone he left Mystic Falls.
A little later Logan comes back as a vampire and we find out later that Anna was the one who turned him. He meets Alaric Saltzman and is staked during Episode 10, The Turning Point.
Now I do have a little question about Logan? (Puzzled and Confused Just a little)
I don’t know if you remember this but in Episode 10, The Turning Point, Logan meets up with Damon and he informs him that he can’t get back into his apartment because his foot won‘t walk through the door. Damon tells him that is because he needs to be invited in first, Logan responds back, “He knows that, but he lives alone!”
Of course, Damon has an answer for that, “Oh well that sucks for you than!”…
You do remember that right? (Here is the question..)
Than how come in the later episodes once there is no living person living in the house vampires walk in?
Now If you can answer that, please let me know..it would be great!

Chris Johnson was born on August 29, 1977, in Stoneham Massachusetts.
He had a supporting role as a young agent in “XXX: State of the Union”.
He also played the lead role in “Three Blind Mice” and “Daydream Believer”.
Other films he played in are “Straightjacket”, “Cursed” and “Fifty Pills”.
Chris Johnson also appeared in several television series like “JAG”, “Desperate Housewives”, “NCIS”, “CSI”, “Miss Match” and “The Vampire Diaries”.
He also had one of the lead roles in “South Beach”.
