Marguerite MacIntyre

Blonde haired and brown eyed, she is the local sheriff of Mystic Falls and is very high figure of authority, who does not show any appreciation for anyone who goes behind her back. She is normally dressed in her work uniform, but was seen in a normal dress in 'Miss Mystic Falls' when she attended the celebrations at the Lockwood residence.

Marguerite MacIntyre was born May 11th, 1961 in Michigan and is an American actress. 
Marguerite has a long list of acting achievements that began with her first play at age sixteen.
She has appeared in many theatre productions such as, "The Fahrenheit 451" and "South Pacific".
She has also appeared in Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
Some of her appearances include Jane Eyre, "City of Angels",  "No Way to Treat a Lady", "Annie Warbucks", "Weird Romance", and "Mata Hari".
Marguerite has television experience that includes both drama and comedy. Her comedic roles include parts in, "Ally McBeal", "Veronica's Closet", "Seinfeld", and "Two Guys and a Girl". She's played a recurring role on the dramatic series, "The Shield", and has guest starred on, "ER", "The Practice", and "The Pretender" , among other shows. Her latest role was playing the role as, Nicole Trager in ABC Family's drama, "Kyle XY", that aired from
2006-2009.
Vocally, she can be heard on the Broadway Soundtracks for , "Annie Warbucks" and "Jane Eyre" and the off-Broadway soundtracks for, "Weird Romance", "No Way to Treat a Lady", and "A...My Name Will Always be Alice".

Marguerite graduated from Coronado High School Scottsdale, Arizona class of 1979, holds a BFA from the University of Southern California. She also studied acting at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.
