Right now, I sincerely hope that Jeremy didn't just do what I think he did. So, I just watched the Vampire Diaries finale, and it sure looked to me like Jeremy just topped himself with Anna's blood and Elena's pills... holy moly! Some have speculated that perhaps he will turn, and Katherine will take him with her as revenge for everything that she holds Elena responsible for. Personally, I hope he sticks around, and that things get better for him. In the beginning, Jeremy Gilbert was a bit of a loner, hanging out with the drug group. He harbored a crush on Vicki Donovan, and eventually she reciprocated his feelings, making it official between the two of them. Then, Damon turned her. Elena provoked her. Stefan killed her. Jeremy lost her. So Damon, at Elena's request, compelled Jeremy, taking away his memory. For a little while, Jeremy became happy. He knew what life was about again, and started drawing. Until he was introduced to Johnathon Gilbert's Journals. After reading about Vampires and Werewolves, and "the ramblings of a crazy man" (John Gilbert Jnr. - Blood Brothers), Anna makes an appearance in his life. Anna was the best thing that _ever_ happened to Jeremy. Somewhere in between all of that, Jeremy read Elena's journal. Bad Idea. He realised what Elena had done, and what she had failed to tell him. And what Anna was. Although she was a little pissed with Jeremy when he asked her to turn him into a Vampire, she still fell in love with him, as he did her. And then he lost Anna too. When will all the bad stuff stop happening to Jeremy?! Its ok, Jer, we're all here to help you pick up the pieces.. just dont turn into a Vampire, 'mkay? So then we move on to Stephen R McQueen, and the man behind the character. Steven R. McQueen (born July 13, 1988) is an American actor, best known for his recurring role as Kyle Hunter in Everwood. Since 2009, he has had a supporting role in The CW Television Network show The Vampire Diaries. McQueen is the grandson of actor Steve McQueen, the son of actor/producer Chad McQueen, and the stepson of retired Canadian NHL hall of famer, Luc Robitaille. McQueen enjoys working out, and began a strict workout regimen for his role on The Vampire Diaries that included diet and weightlifting.
